Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Fees

  • A flat shipping rate of $4.99 is applied to all orders
  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be calculated at checkout

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure efficient processing:

  • Orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) are processed on the same business day
  • Orders placed after 02:00 PM will be processed on the next business day

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended

  • Transit time: 2–3 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (including processing)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active after shipment

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

PitBull City is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first
  • For lost or missing shipments, contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier
  • Once a package is marked as delivered, PitBull City is not responsible for lost or stolen items
